A law firm seeks a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Experienced Associate Attorney to join its dynamic legal team in Santa Ana, CA. The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and proudly represents clients at various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings.

Duties

• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
• Manage USCIS Asylum Petitions and Family Based Petitions
• Conduct Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews
• Assist clients with work permit applications
• Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Handle master and individual appearances for immigration hearings
• Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with the legal team
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies
• Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and support

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in California
• 1-6 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
• Proven experience handling master and individual appearances

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
