eDiscovery Analyst The candidate will support the technical aspects of the Legal Hold and eDiscovery processes. Will serves as the technical resource for the systems used to identify, preserve and collect custodial data used in litigation and compliance matters. Perform the custodian email journaling process ensuring email data is preserved in accordance with a Legal Hold. Tracks and controls data collection activity. Ensure structured and unstructured data is preserved appropriately. Research and collect custodial data as required. Keep abreast of current best-practices, emerging technologies and solutions in the context of eDiscovery and Legal Hold. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with all internal and external parties involved. Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the eDiscovery services. Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, and resolve reported incidents and issues. Performs other duties as requested.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Paralegal or eDiscovery certificate preferred. Knowledge of software used in the electronic discovery process is required. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred. Detailed knowledge of litigation and related discovery processes is required. Working knowledge of enterprise-class production IT systems such as Exchange email, ERP systems, and SharePoint is required. Must have 2+ years of experience.
