Corporate Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents. Assist in the preparation of transactional legal documents. Organize and manage transactional closing processes and documentation. Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels. Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate shall have Bachelorâ€™s degree or Paralegal Certificate with the ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate messages to others verbally and in writing. Ability to establish priorities and objectives. Initiative to be able to take independent actions within a scope of authority and ask for, and offer, help when needed. Should be hard working, resourceful, and well-organized. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to conduct legal research. Proficient computer skills, with an ability to quickly learn new functions and applications. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment is critical. Accountability, dependability, integrity and a work ethic are keys to success in this position.
