Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in molecular biology or a related field; advanced degree (PhD) preferred.
- Registration as a Patent Agent with the USPTO.
- 2+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Familiarity with patent litigation, opinions, licensing, and due diligence processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
