Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate will support a team of attorneys who focus on premises and products liability and professional malpractice. Will be responsible for assisting up to three attorneys with daily tasks including typing correspondence, filing pleadings, entering time, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, and maintaining calendars. The candidate should have a minimum of five(5) years of litigation experience. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Must have strong writing and communication skills and be familiar with state and federal court rules, procedures and e-filings.
