Corporate Counsel-Heavy Equipment The candidate for the Heavy Equipment business will be responsible for a wide range of transactional, compliance and corporate governance, litigation, intellectual property, and employment matters. Assist CEO on a variety of corporate matters including governance, finance and corporate transactions. Review and negotiate various commercial and transactional agreements. Identify risks and propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in transactions and contracts. Work on intellectual property matters as necessary. Work collaboratively with internal clients in AP and Korea on a variety of legal matters. Participate in company-wide initiatives and other discrete projects as needed.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Law-Juris Doctor or LLM degree. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Should have annual renewal of license to practice law in Georgia or other state(s). Top law firm experience and strong academic credentials required. In-house or corporate experience preferred. Should have ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization,. Must be fluent in Korean and English.
