The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation and demonstrate superior academic credentials and strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to manage complex cases, conduct legal research, and provide comprehensive legal support in employment law matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of employment law litigation, including case development and legal strategy.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed written briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and managing evidence.
- Conduct witness interviews, investigations, and gather necessary information to support case development.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional conduct.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management and support.
- Stay current with changes in employment law and legal precedents to provide informed legal advice.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-3 years of experience practicing employment law.
- Strong experience in employment litigation, including case development, discovery, and brief writing.

Education:
