Claims Coordinator The candidate will assist Claims Counsel and Analysts investigating claims and provide support. Will obtain relevant documentation, compile closing files, and gather title research. Maintain schedules, calendars and expense reports. Handle invoices, third party billing and work closely with accounting to accomplish payment of expenses and settlements. Assist with specialized claims as needed. Provide paralegal support as appropriate. Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field is needed. Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure is needed. High School Diploma or equivalent is essential. Typically has 1-2 years administrative experience is needed. General understanding of real estate, escrow process or title insurance is preferred.
