Commercial Paralegal The candidate will manage entire contract process and serve as the primary resource to the Company on contractual matters; Act as liaison between internal teams and external parties to gather specifications and terms of agreements necessary for contract drafting and negotiations; Ensure timely review and approval or reconciliation of various contract matters, including contracts such as Confidentiality Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements and Sales Agreements, as well as maintaining all contract templates and updating accordingly; Train commercial sales and service on contracts and contracting process; Engage with external customers and suppliers regarding contract terms; Maintain library of forms and resources; Implement and manage contract life cycle management tools; Professionally and diplomatically resolve issues regarding customer concerns and other matters as necessary; Apply innovative problem solving skills and judgment to assist in managing corporate risk. BA/BS degree is essential. Must have 3+ years of experience with contracts, preferably life sciences or medical device sales. Familiarity with contracts and contract law and have experience in reviewing, drafting, and editing a variety of contracts is essential. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program (or any equivalent combination of related experience, training, and/or education) is needed. Prior track record of success in setting up and managing contracts workflow and management processes is essential.
