Bryan Cave LLP, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate for the New York Office to join its high profile, dynamic and sophisticated bankruptcy practice. The ideal candidate would be experienced in bankruptcy litigation (including drafting objections, motions, briefs, discovery requests, disclosure statements, etc.) as well as transactional/restructuring work (such as drafting restructuring support agreements, NDAs, indemnification letters, and documents relating to credit agreements and bond indentures). Candidate would also assist the corporate trust team working on bond issuance and related bank administrative agent work, both in default and pre-default situations.
Large chapter 11 and bond default experience is a must. A bankruptcy court clerkship in SDNY or D.Del. is a strong plus. Experience working with corporate trust institutions and indenture trustees is a plus.
