Our Austin office is currently seeking a Trademark Litigation and Prosecution Attorney. Qualified candidates will have two to four years of recent, hands on trademark experience, an undergraduate degree in science or engineering, and should be eligible to sit for the Patent Bar. Patent and IPR (Inter Partes Review) experience is a plus.

I felt kind of isolated when I first joined. The firm could do a better job with making social events a big deal since it is a good way to get to know the people that are working there. But that is a minor thing and this is a great firm.

Pros : This firm is a boutique Intellectual Property Firm. It has been around since 1991 and has mastered this area of the law. The clients are the best in the world and the cases make the news. You will learn everything there is to know about this and more. It is a great place to work.
Cons : The best part can be the worst part. If you are not into IP law there is no way you need to work at this firm. That is what they do and they only thing they do. You also need a very strong Science background and math. If you do not have that then you will not succeed here.
