Assistant Attorney General - Criminal Enforcement - Environmental Crimes Candidate will handle the investigation and prosecution of environmental crimes in state court. Drafting search warrants and indictments, drafting and arguing motions, preparing witnesses for testimony before the grand jury, at hearings and at trials.

Candidate must be licensed by the State of Illinois at the time of application. 3+ years' prosecutorial experience (felony experience preferred), and a basic understanding and interest in environmental law concepts are encouraged to apply. Should have trial experience and should be prepared to handle bench and jury trials around the State. Must be able to work closely with local, state, and federal environmental agencies during the investigation and prosecution of the case. should have experience presenting and cross examining experts.
