Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be an experienced litigation paralegal to join their dynamic litigation group. Must have knowledge of all aspects of litigation and a general understanding of the different aspects/stages of a case; the ability to prepare documents for filing and handle filing, including electronic filing; the ability to prepare forms of basic discovery documents like interrogatories, doc requests, requests for admissions, deposition notices, etc. Handle coordination of vendors associated with litigation (court reporters, e-discovery vendors, etc.). Coordinate hard copy and electronic document collections, reviews and productions; experience with software, i.e. production database such as Relativity, Concordance, INControl, etc. Manage the case file, pleadings, correspondence, notices, update the docket on cases, etc. Cite-check motions and briefs, including familiarity with pulling cases and other authorities from Westlaw or LexisNexis.
