"Wish It Could Have Been Better"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 18, 2017

Management needs to do a better job of being clear and direct with their employees. If management can't run a firm properly then employees will leave.

Pros : When I was first hired at Miller, Hall & Triggs as an attorney, I was offered a great starting salary as well as benefits and lots of vacation time. They appeal to employees very easily with their generous pay in the beginning.
Cons : The management at this firm is very unorganized and difficult to understand. They're not clear with their requests and constantly send out pointless memos that are unnecessary. Staff also spends a lot of time slacking off but management just simply doesn't care.
