Consider allowing people to work one day a week remotely to reduce the amount of stress that the work brings.

Pros : The pay here is more than I could dream of while also giving us lots of vacation days to keep us from burning out.
Cons : The work here is extremely hard and they get their money's worth out of us. You can expect to be tired at the end of the day.
