Duties:
Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis related to probate and trust litigation.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
Assist in case preparation for hearings, trials, and appellate proceedings.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Engage in strategic discussions with senior attorneys to develop legal arguments.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Manage case files and deadlines to ensure timely progress of legal matters.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in probate and trust litigation preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic legal environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Skills:
Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Effective client communication and relationship-building skills.
