Duties:
- Provide defense in Workers' Compensation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Represent clients in hearings and trials
- Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and staff
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
- Travel to client meetings or hearings, as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense
- Must be a member of the California State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work well with clients and a diverse team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong work ethic and dedication to client service
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
