Manager, Process Management The candidate will support projects across operations and business functions for corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) products. Will do researching legislative (state and federal) issues, preparing contractual documents for state filings, reviewing documents to ensure that they are in compliance with laws and regulations and developing solutions for presentation to supervisors. Provide guidance and act as liaison to internal partners through phases of regulatory filings and lead efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures. Strategic focus on coordinating contract forms development, interpreting the impact of legislative alerts and developing responses regarding inquiries by internal partners, including related business groups and the Law Department. Should have B.A. with regulatory, legal or contracts work experience preferred (including JD or paralegal certificate). Experience with group life insurance and/or corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) products is preferred. Familiarity with NILS, Westlaw and/or Lexis preferred5-7 years relevant work experience is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication and research skill is essential. Strong project management skill is essential. A subject matter expert in product knowledge and/or operations management is preferred.
