Director of Attorney Learning & Development
The candidate will closely collaborate with talent leaders and practice leaders to implement and advance various initiatives related to: Onboarding and integration; Attorney workflow integration; Morale, retention and employee engagement; Diversity and inclusion (“D&I”); Practice area specific training; Leadership development; Associate performance review process. J.D or equivalent advanced degree and a minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience within a legal or professional services environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated organizational change management experience required. Substantive professional skills training experience and ability to coach attorneys on effective practice skills training design and delivery required. Deep expertise in instructional design methods, adult learning principles and facilitation required. Strong supervisory and management experience and success in developing a high-performing team required.
