The candidate must have: 3-5 years prior work experience within a law firm, as well as experience within a Real Estate practice group Prior experience with programs such as Best Authority, eFiling, DocuSign, PDF Essentials, DropBox, etc. Advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, TOA and TOC creation and manipulation, and embedded hyperlinks) as well as an ability to quickly learn other applications as necessary. Proficient knowledge and usage of document management system (WorkSite/FileSite). The ability to independently and efficiently prioritize workflow, and maintain an organized task schedule. Superior organizational skills; demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.
