Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Working in conjunction with a the senior attorneys in the office; Preparing and filing legal documents, including summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery, arbitration and mediation packages; Coordinating and participating in initial client intake and ability to process requests inclusive of Medicare and Medicaid; Client communication.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal certification preferred. 3 years of similar experience. Must have the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment; Familiarity with Smart Advocate a plus; Spanish speaking also a plus; Must have knowledge of local court system and electronic court filing and other basic traditional responsibilities associated with the position; Ability to maintain case files from inception to trial; knowledge of no-fault proceedings; Excellent writing skills.
