We are looking for a Defense Legal Secretary to support Med Mal attorney Ken Patterson with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal field.  The secretary must perform secretarial duties with an understanding of legal terminology. Must have the ability to work independently to maintain and complete numerous administrative and legal tasks of varying complexity. The candidate will generate, develop, and organize documentation and forms, and oversee and coordinate court filings, including E-filing and E-service. The applicant should have complex document production experience and substantial administrative experience, including extensive experience working directly with clients. Must have a stable work history, considerable document production experience, and solid proofreading skills. Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite and have strong formatting experience.
