New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate/securities attorney with 6+ years of legal experience. The candidate must have wide-ranging experience in corporate and securities work, with substantial exposure to M&A transactions for both public and private companies, startups, public and private offerings, SEC, FINRA and NASDAQ filings, and the broad range of legal issues faced by middle market companies in the course of their businesses. Must have a strong working knowledge of documentation used in public and private equity transactions, and bank lending transactions, and extensive experience in relevant corporate and securities regulations. Experience with bankruptcy matters and some tax experience, each a plus. A portable business is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
