No Job Description Associate General Counsel - Litigation Develop strategy to manage litigation and investigations and government inquiries, manage and oversee outside counsel and budgets. Provide support to General Counsel and counsel, as litigation demands, GMs, and Functional Executives on litigation and investigation matters. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Product Liability litigation and claims. Assist and advise Quality Assurance with Complaint Investigations and Complaints. Manage and develop strategy to respond toactual and threatened litigation involving employment claims, intellectual property, distributor, contract and Other matters in litigation; develop and oversee strategy In discovery, settlement and manage budgets. Oversee responses to Government inquiries and investigations and responses to Subpoena. Provide training on responsible communications. Assist with acquisitions and other projects. Work Experience: Minimum of ten years practicing law, with in-house experience and experience managing litigation strongly preferred. Education Requirements: Law Degree Can Position Be Remote?
