Client Development Executive Candidate will focus on opportunities with emerging growth companies and financing sources (venture capital and private equity investors). Will work in collaboration with the firm’s Venture Pipeline business unit, identifying and building relationships with buyers of premium legal services with the aim of targeting clients and prospects with long-term and global growth potential.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate must have: Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years of business development experience. Preferred: MBA/ JD Degree; Experience in a large professional services organization or investment firm; Executive-level presence, confidence, tact and perseverance; and ability to sell legal services to private companies and investors, as well as Fortune 1000 companies located in the NYC/NJ metro area.

I would like to see management really get on top of things and make sure that everyone is on the same page and I would like to get some of the rude attorney's get lectured or replaced.

Pros : I received a lot of help here while I was an intern and I greatly enjoyed my interactions with most of the attorneys here. There was always plenty of work to go around as well.
Cons : Unfortunately, there is a real lack of leadership at this firm. At times it can feel like a real free for all. I always felt as though some of the attorneys were really standoffish.
