Intellectual Property Attorney The candidate will work with clients in drafting and prosecuting patents and trademarks, in a wide range of disciplines and industries. Learn and draft high-quality U.S. patent and trademark applications, as well as responses to USPTO Office Actions, in a broad range of fields. Must have JD degree, or receiving it in Spring 2018. A minimum GPA of 3.3 is desirable. Engineering or Science undergraduate degree is required. Eligible for USPTO admission and/or NY/CT Bar Admission, or in the process of obtaining them, during the upcoming year is must. Previous exposure to IP law is a plus. Deadline: May 31, 2018
