The candidate should have NYS Bar admission and be in good standing and be ready to jump in both feet to do rewarding work on behalf of children and families. Must have experience with due process hearings or trials with a demonstrated record of success. Must be able to hit the ground running, have a go-getter attitude, be articulate and willing to work hard and capable of managing a large caseload while meeting deadlines.
