Federal Defender Trial Attorney Candidate will provide representation in the pertinent federal district court, as well as the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. Must have: JD Degree from an accredited law school; 3+ years of experience preferred, which may include judicial clerkship, or active civil or criminal practice; federal criminal trial/appellate experience strongly preferred; must be an active member in good standing of a state bar; Idaho bar not presently required, but encouraged; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. A real commitment to the defense of those who are indigent is a must.
