Paralegal / Administrative Assistant The candidate must have paralegal and administrative experience is sought to assist firm's Estate and Trust Partner. Responsibilities include: Drafting legal and related documents; Trust documents; Estate planning documents; Tax notice responses and similar correspondence; Research/Compliance in areas of trust and estate; Use BNA and CCH research software related to estate and trust planning; Use CCH tax software to assist with estate and trust compliance. Maintain all estate and trust related documents in electronic document management system. Proper file naming; Proper file location; Updating client information as needed; Provide files as needed. Assist with preparing for meetings and client interviews. Assist with preparation of invoices. Making and answering phone calls. Must have 5+ years of pqe.
