Requirements:
Experience in litigation, including depositions and trials
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (NY admission is a plus but not required)
