Contract and Procurement Associate The candidate will assist Legal department with client and vendor contracts. Will act as liaison between legal and other departments (Sales, Client Services, Accounting). Manage the administration process of agreements company wide including tracking, follow up/close-out, execution, copying, distribution and organizing. Maintain files in good order. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned: organizing, filing, scanning, data entry. Update Salesforce with contract terms (i.e. pricing and expiration dates). Monitor/maintain status of open client and vendor contracts and follow up with Sales department as necessary. Monitor/maintain status of existing client and vendor contracts. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree is needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Accurate typing, word processing skills and ability to pay strict attention to detail is needed. Spelling, punctuation and use of grammar must be of high quality is essential. Salesforce experience is a plus. Legal knowledge or paralegal experience is a plus.
