Counsel 3 - Recovery and Resolution Planning Responsibilities: Will involve coordinating cross-disciplinary teams of attorneys, financial advisors, consultants and line of business team members in connection with the Law Departmentâ€™s support of the Companyâ€™s overall resolution and recovery planning efforts. Will also be responsible for evaluating the impact of all major changes in the law and assessing the impact on the Companyâ€™s policies and operating procedures and will provide support in the implementation of changes to policies and procedures. The range of practice will span from transactional to regulatory and provide the team member with a broad view of the entire company.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney Active State Bar membership.
