Administrative Assistant The candidate responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Responsible of all data collection. Workshops and special events (ie: Student Orientation, Parent Orientation, Open House sessions). Create and maintain Students files. Responsible clerical duties (answering the phone, mailing, sorting, copies). Responsible staff timesheets creation and timely submission. Supplies and equipment inventory and usage monitoring. Assist Outreach, Recruitment and admissions of new students. Outreach and recruit new students for school/program. Manage the Open House registration list (follow up phone, reschedule appointments, others). Assist in the admission process: Open houses/intake appointment registration, Candidates orientation, parents orientation tracking system, and others. Support all LTW Special Events and Activities (Trip, Cultural, Recreational, community services events). Support all Senior activities/events (Yearbook, School Dance, others). Support Student daily entry. Maintain Office/Hallway bulletin boards. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and office equipment. Must have High School diploma or GED; or currently working towards a AA degree. Should have 2+ years' experience in administrative work. Prior experience in youth services a plus.
