New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior investment management associate attorney with 6 -7 years of strong investment management experience. The candidate will provide innovative solutions and dedicated, top-caliber client service to the worldwide clientele of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other pooled investment vehicles, as well as institutional investors, investment advisers, and broker-dealers. Will work in an entrepreneurial environment with growth opportunities; and receive excellent training and development in a collegial atmosphere. Should have specific expertise in hedge fund and/or private equity fund formation and structuring. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is preferred. Must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, and communication skills.
