Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties: Calendaring; Client scheduling and communications; Client billing; Collect, organize and edit paperwork (including: motions, data entry and document retrieval); Drafting routine legal documents; Electronic filing of documents with the Court through Colorado Courts E-Filing website; Drafting routine correspondence with clients, the court and other professionals; Timely and courteous follow-up with clients; Meeting daily deadlines.

Qualifications: Associate's Degree. Must have 2+ year degree; Experience including Family, Divorce, Criminal and Probate law. Very detail-oriented; Multitasking while remaining calm; Strong organization skills; Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading; Dependable; Great communication and attitude with clients and other professionals; Excellent computer skills; Able to prioritize deadlines; Self-directed; Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Schedule: 30 hours per week
