"Not a bad place to start out"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

There's not much to do to improve. It's a good place to work. Just get the associates to know that the playing around is distracting and to take it to a minimum.

Pros : The perks and benefits here aren't bad. I received pay a little above what I was expecting for starting out. Not everyone is friendly, but the associates and paralegals I interacted with were great.
Cons : There is a bit of competition among some of the associates. It starts off as light ribbing, but sometimes takes a turn into an uncomfortable situation. I hated to be standing around or working when some of the guys would start fraternizing like this and they'd get a little out of hand.

I was incredibly happy with the site. I thought it was very easy to use; had significantly more postings than any other site (or combination of sites); and provided a lot of useful information. (the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
