Corporate Small Business Attorney Responsibilities: Advises clients concerning Wills, Trusts, & Estate matters and transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. Prepares drafts and reviews legal documents, such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents and contracts. Acts as agent, trustee, guardian, or executor for clients. Probates Wills and represent and advise executors and administrators of estates. Willing to work within the firm to grow your book of business and be well compensated for it.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working as an attorney with comprehensive Wills & Estate experience. Demonstrated bringing in at least $50,000 in Billings and has a desire to do what it takes to bring in more. Active listening skills to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Strong customer relationship and service orientation.
