A law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis related to structured finance transactions, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents including offering memoranda, agreements, and disclosures.
• Assist in due diligence investigations and prepare related reports.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and business professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (license in good standing).
• 4+ years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs at a reputable law firm.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills and good business judgment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
