The firm should focus on restructuring the office so that it looks and feels like a law office. Workstations should be enclosed to reduce noise distractions. The family environment is something the firm should be proud of and continue to hold onto.Pros : The firm creates an environment that establishes the presence of family. The hours of work are varied, but the firm does a great job at accommodating the staff.
