Board Coordinator - Executive Assistant II Duties: Upholds the mission, goals, objectives, philosophy, policies and procedures set forth by Health Network based on DNV and New Jersey State Regulations while coordinating functions of, and providing and providing all necessary clerical support to the Board of Trustees under the direction of the General Counsel. Responsible for actions and conduct to ourselves; co-workers; patients; and community to foster and demonstrate a culture of excellence.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High School Graduate with Associate or Bachelor's degree; or 5 years of relevant experience either as: Executive Assistant; board coordinator; Corporate Secretary; legal assistant or paralegal. Paralegal or legal assistant certification preferred. Ability to work with high level executives in a Board Room setting. Exhibits commitment to the Network ideals of excellence by maintaining the highest standard of care and service. Continually demonstrates ethical behavior and professionalism through actions. Emphasizes responsibility to the customer which includes patients, co-workers, physicians, board, auxilians, volunteers and the community, upholding the Standards of Behavior and the Code of Conduct to foster a culture of excellence. Keeps both internal & external customers as a central focus in all activities. Provides prompt efficient assistance when requested for problem solving. Expresses a willingness & desire to meet/exceed customer needs ensuring their comfort & satisfaction. Accommodates the special needs of all customers including, but not limited to, those who are hearing/visually impaired, bariatric, or developmentally disabled. Assists theServes as the primary contact person for Board Members and oversees and facilitates all communications with Board Members; serves as a focal point for Trustee communication and engagement Board(s) in completing their work as effectively and efficiently as possible, according to policy, goals, and strategic plans of the organization.
