Greeting clients. Managing calendars. Managing client files. Preparing outgoing mail. Back-up Assistant to principal attorney as needed. Providing attorneys with general administrative and clerical support. Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential. Must have great communication skills. Must have strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Should be proficient in MS Office Suite. Should have Familiarity with QuickBooks, Clio Practice Management Software, and Suite a plus, Legal or special education experience a plus.
