Legal Assistant/Receptionist The candidate will voice and face of firm to clients, vendors and general public.. Will work on communicating with clients in person, by phone and by email. Scheduling potential clients for appointments with attorneys. Welcoming new clients and processing intake documents. Working with law firm software to document lawyer and paralegal time and open new case files. Various administrative tasks including, to, copying, scanning, faxing, mailing, ordering supplies and scheduling. Accepting payments from clients. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to learn new legal software with training. Assistance with Principal attorney’s personal matters – appointments, ordering, travel arrangements, etc. Must have 2 + years receptionist or like position. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skill is essential.
