Profile

Program Director The candidate will serve as the internal and external point of contact for all contract related initiatives and the Service Delivery point of contact on project work. The Program Director will foster a collaborative partnership with client partners. Will: exemplify a positive and professional “Client Experience” and engage Client Success on all levels, successfully manage client account relationships work within the Client Services team framework to engage Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and CSDs as appropriate, and 4) engage and coordinate resources throughout the company as appropriate to complete initiatives. Must have project leadership and professional background in the eDiscovery industry as well as other demonstrated skills in broader technology areas. Above all, the Program Director has a strong track record of service delivery, service orientation, and critical and creative thinking in identifying solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for projects and initiatives coordinated across company functions, maintaining a front-facing client relationship. Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owns the service delivery for client projects. Owns and develops relationship with client partners, working with them to optimize/enhance work flows and product integration. Leads design, documentation, an system processes. Works with the Technology and CS teams to test, document, and implement new solutions for the client. Performs KPI and SLA reviews to ensure that the current workflow meets or exceeds accepted standards. Develops a roles and responsibilities matrix (RACI) outlining all key contributors and stages within the scope of the relationship and communicate matrix with client for transparency. Demonstrates the subject matter expertise on Client specific tools including but not limited to Epiq Analytics, Relativity Analytics, Brainspace, NexLP and other applications or services as necessary and available. Owns projects that require senior level knowledge, assistance, and direction. Establishes a strategic staffing plan that encompasses client strategy, project requirements and milestones. Coordinates activities of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the delivery of services in accordance with industry best practices and client account and project expectations. Secondary Responsibilities : Ensures that new team members are appropriately instructed on project requirements. Works with clients to establish best practices that meet client needs and address any prioritization issues that may arise on projects. Manages and reports to clients on budget and financial status. Instills confidence in the client and serves as the public face of Epiq’s high-quality service delivery offering. Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and serves as initial point of escalation when necessary. Regularly looks for opportunities to improve service offering by monitoring systems, proactively discovering issues, and deliver better value to the customer. Assists in creating and documenting a repeatable audit system for the applicable technology and workflows. Makes recommendations to product team for future updates based on client feedback and opportunities for service delivery improvement. Consultative Approach – Shares expertise to support decision making and strategic planning; provides useful information that supports the decision making process; takes an active role in influencing key stakeholders involved in critical decisions; acts as a trusted and respected advisor by providing accurate, valid information and insights. Project Management – Serve as a leader and primary source of expertise and knowledge pertaining to technology and processes; shares the expertise internally to ensure successful project management of projects.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s (BA) degree. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degrees a plus; Should have 7+ years consulting, litigation support, attorney or paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service provider. A deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, which is typically a result of at least five to seven (5 - 7) years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers. Proven leadership and staff development skills, which help to motivate staff members and provide professional growth allowing them to assume additional responsibilities. Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects. Oral and written communication skills, which provide a strong and confident executive presence. Excellent client relationship skills, which include the able to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements. A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document review requirements. Demonstrated ability in each of the following areas: ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; direct multiple project teams serving numerous clients while ensuring the completion of all work; oversee development of project plans; balance overall client requirements; and review financial and billing information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
