Part-time Administrative/Legal Assistant The candidate will assist on document organization, management, and prep-Answering and routing calls. Will be greeting clients. Managing calendars. Managing client files. Preparing outgoing mail. Assist with various billing and invoicing tasks as needed. Back-up assistant to principal attorney as needed. Providing attorneys with general administrative and clerical support. Experience in a fast-paced office environment is required. Must have strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite-Reliable transportation. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Clio Practice Management Software, and GSuite a plus. Must have 3 years of experience. High school education is required. Must have great communication skills. Legal or special education experience a plus.
