- Develop an understanding of the legal and factual issues in assigned cases
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues and prepare concise, well-crafted legal memoranda and briefs
- Research legal issues, including statutory and case law, and prepare legal opinions
- Draft pleadings and other court documents
- Prepare for and attend oral arguments
- Participate in settlement negotiations
- Manage client relationships and develop new business
- Maintain client files and other records

**Qualifications**
