Senior Administrative Assistant- US Family Health Plan Duties: Manage Executive Directorâ€™s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel. Participate in a cohesive team approach to executive support, cross-trained to provide backup coverage for team members. Create and manage USFHP leadership schedules to maximize time and efficiency. Use analysis, business acumen, project management, experience and sound judgment to assist the USFHP Management Team in formulating decisions, enhancing accountability and tracking progress and project completion. Work with the Executive Director, USFHP to establish and maintain sound relationships with internal and external customers. Acts as first point of contact to all visitors and callers to USFHP Administration. Produce clear visual materials, project documentation, and data for use in reports, local briefings, workshops and meetings for both internal and external presentations. Works independently in answering telephone calls. Reads incoming mail and independently handles or attaches appropriate information.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Four year degree desired or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of related work experience with senior management. Paralegal experience preferred.
