ProfileParalegal The candidate will be responsible for legal research, preparing presentations, some client interviews and drafting legal documents. Will handle administrative tasks such as: maintain reference files, schedules and client contact. Assist attorney in preparation for court. Handle Estate administration, litigation and guardianships. Gather and analyze information and prepare written reports. Draft legal documents to include: correspondence, pleadings and legal briefs. Schedule interviews, hearings, meetings, depositions. Maintain schedule for attorneys. Maintain contact with clients, lawyers, experts and court personnel. Must have 5+ years demonstrated experience. Should preferably have advanced Microsoft Office skills: Practice Manage, Quicken and tax programs.
