Senior Analyst, Paralegal - Corporate Governance The candidate responsibilities include support of special corporate governance projects as required; Assist with the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the firm-wide entity governance project including various data verifications and attestation for the Global Entity Management System; Preparation of numerous secretary/ incumbency certificates; maintenance of appropriate subsidiary records (both hard copy and automated); and assistance with formation and dissolution of subsidiaries/joint ventures/affiliates; assistance with various KYC requests, due diligence inquiries, signing authority inquiries and document authentications. Should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of total work experience in legal support within the financial services industry preferred. Preferred Paralegal certification from an ABA-Accredited program or Association for Legal Professionals (NALS), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), or National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). A high degree of proficiency with legal entity management and board portals such as Blueprint, Diligent - BoardVantage, and Computershare GEMS. Should preferably have experience in corporate governance with professional strengths in legal document preparation, management of large projects on a global scale, a commitment to being organized, and keen attention to detail.
