Duties

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and settlement strategies.
  • Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing their legal concerns.
  • Participate in mediations and hearings, representing clients in front of judges and arbitrators.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process.
  • Stay updated on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law or relevant practice areas.
  • Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
  • Skills:
