A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Private Equity Associate Attorney to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. Duties:

  • Handle corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Provide high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
  • Support senior attorneys in complex transactions and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of private equity experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and firm needs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or able to become licensed promptly).
